Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Agent Tray ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Agent Tray is a Windows desktop application that monitors AI agent usage across multiple third-party providers. The App retrieves usage data from provider APIs using credentials you supply and displays it locally on your device.

License

The App is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party provider whose API you access through the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Third-Party Services

The App interacts with third-party APIs (e.g., Anthropic, GitHub, OpenAI, Google). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The App developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. GitHub Copilot is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. / Microsoft Corporation. Cursor is a trademark of Anysphere, Inc. Codex and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. All other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. Agent Tray is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the above companies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
