🟠 BehaviourLog — Privacy Policy

In short: BehaviourLog stores all data on your device and in your private iCloud account. No client behaviour data is transmitted to any external server. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
1. Information We Store
BehaviourLog stores the following data locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account:
- Practitioner credentials — Your email address and hashed password.
- Client/participant records — Names or identifiers, behaviour support plans, ABC data, and incident records for clients you support.
- Behaviour data — ABC (Antecedent-Behaviour-Consequence) records, incident reports, and behaviour frequency data.
- OT assessments — Sensory profiles and AT assessment reports.
- App settings — Your preferences.
2. How Data Is Stored
- On-device storage — All data is stored in the app's sandboxed local storage.
- iCloud Documents (optional) — If you are signed into iCloud, data syncs to your private iCloud account, encrypted by Apple and accessible only to you.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
BehaviourLog does not:
- Collect analytics or telemetry
- Use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs
- Transmit client behaviour data to any server we operate
- Share data with any third parties
- Connect to NDIS Commission systems or government databases
4. Sensitive Client Data
BehaviourLog handles sensitive disability-related and health information. Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including the Australian Privacy Act 1988) when using this app to record client data. Use client identifiers (initials, ID numbers) rather than full names where possible.
5. Permissions
- Camera / Photo Library — Only if you attach photos to incident reports or assessments.
- Microphone — Only if you use voice notes.
6. Data Deletion
Delete individual client records or incident reports within the app, or uninstall BehaviourLog to remove all local data. To remove iCloud data: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → BehaviourLog.
