🔵 CoordIQ — Privacy Policy

In short: CoordIQ stores all data on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not collect analytics, use advertising SDKs, or share your data with third parties.

1. Information We Store

CoordIQ stores the following data locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account:

Account credentials — Your email address and hashed password, used to authenticate your subscription.
Participant records — Names, NDIS plan details, goals, notes, and task records for participants you manage.
Progress notes — NDIS progress notes you create or generate using the AI note writer.
Budget and billing records — Session records and budget tracking data you enter.
App settings — Your preferences and configuration.

2. How Data Is Stored

On-device storage — Data is stored in the app's sandboxed local storage.
iCloud Documents (optional) — If signed into iCloud, data syncs to your private iCloud account. This is encrypted by Apple and accessible only to you.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

CoordIQ does not:

Collect usage analytics or telemetry
Use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs
Transmit participant data to any server we operate
Share data with any third parties
Access any external NDIS databases or government systems

4. AI Note Writer

The AI note generation feature uses on-device processing where available. If cloud AI processing is used, your note content is transmitted to the AI provider under their privacy policy. No personally identifiable participant information should be included in note prompts — use initials or participant identifiers only.

5. Subscription Account

Your subscription is managed externally at andriel.net. Subscription status is verified at login using your registered email. Payment processing is handled by our external payment provider and is not processed within the app.

6. Permissions

Camera / Photo Library — Only if you attach documents or photos to participant records.
Microphone — Only if you use voice dictation for note creation.

7. Data Deletion

Delete individual records within the app, or uninstall CoordIQ to remove all local data. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → CoordIQ.
