🟣 PlanWise — Privacy Policy

In short: PlanWise stores all data on your device and in your private iCloud account. We do not collect analytics, use advertising SDKs, or share your NDIS plan data with anyone.
1. Information We Store
PlanWise stores the following data locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account:
- NDIS plan data — Your funding amounts, support categories, and plan dates.
- Budget records — Invoices and spending you record across support categories.
- Goals — Your NDIS goals, milestones, and progress notes.
- Documents — Any documents you store in the app (stored locally).
- App settings — Your preferences.
2. How Data Is Stored
- On-device storage — All data is stored in the app's sandboxed local storage.
- iCloud Documents (optional) — If you are signed into iCloud, your data syncs to your private iCloud account, encrypted by Apple.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
PlanWise does not:
- Collect analytics or usage data
- Use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs
- Connect to the NDIS myplace portal or government systems
- Transmit your financial or health data to any server
- Share your data with any third parties
4. AI Plan Advisor
When you use the AI Plan Advisor, your questions are processed to generate NDIS guidance responses. Do not include personally identifiable information in your questions. The AI Advisor answers based on NDIS guidelines — it does not access your personal plan data.
5. Permissions
- Photo Library / Files — Only when you upload invoice images or documents.
- Camera — Only if you photograph invoices or documents directly.
6. Data Deletion
Delete individual records within the app, or uninstall PlanWise to remove all local data. To remove iCloud data: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → PlanWise.
