In short: Routinely is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial family use. We don't collect your data, and all content stays on your device. Please use the app responsibly and supervise your children.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Routinely ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Routinely is a visual routine management application designed for iPad. It helps children — particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental needs — follow daily routines through visual cards, timers, audio prompts, and positive reinforcement.

The App is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or caregiver ("Parent"). The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic services.

3. User Accounts & Data

Routinely does not require user accounts, registration, or login. All data created within the App (routines, settings, completion history, voice recordings) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your private iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store or process your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all local data.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will post updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, though we have no current plans to do so.
