2. Data We Collect
These apps are offline-first exam preparation tools. We collect no personal data.
On-device only: Your study progress, bookmarks, quiz scores, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. This data never leaves your device.
No account required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.
No analytics: We do not use crash reporting, usage analytics, or behavioural tracking tools.
No advertising: We do not display ads and do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA).
No behavioural profiling: We do not build user profiles or track behaviour across apps or websites.
No network requests: The apps function entirely offline. No data is sent to any server.
3. Purchases
These apps are paid apps purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information. Purchases are governed by Apple’s Terms of Service and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
These apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, social login providers, or advertising networks. The only external service interaction is:
Apple StoreKit — for validating your purchase (handled by iOS automatically)
iCloud Backup — only if you have iCloud backup enabled system-wide on your device; data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple’s privacy policy
5. Data Security
All data stored locally is protected by iOS device encryption. Since we do not transmit personal data to any external server, there is no risk of data breaches on our end.
6. Children’s Privacy
These apps are educational tools for adults preparing for professional certification exams. They are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
7. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
Access & deletion: All data is stored on your device. Delete it at any time by clearing app data in iOS Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Portability: There is no data stored on our servers to export.
GDPR/CCPA: Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or restrict.
These apps are available globally on the Apple App Store. Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there are no cross-border data transfers to disclose. The apps function identically in all regions.
9. App Store Privacy Label
In accordance with Apple’s App Privacy requirements, all ExamPrep Apps declare “Data Not Collected” — we do not collect any data linked to or not linked to your identity.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
