1. Who We Are

ExamPrep Apps are published by Datachain Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian company. For privacy inquiries, contact us at: privacy@datachainconsulting.com

2. Data We Collect

These apps are offline-first exam preparation tools. We collect no personal data.

• On-device only: Your study progress, bookmarks, quiz scores, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. This data never leaves your device.
• No account required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.
• No analytics: We do not use crash reporting, usage analytics, or behavioural tracking tools.
• No advertising: We do not display ads and do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• No behavioural profiling: We do not build user profiles or track behaviour across apps or websites.

3. Purchases

If the app includes an in-app purchase or one-time purchase, it is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Apple — no payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information.

Purchases are governed by Apple's Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

These apps may interact with the following Apple-provided services only:

• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases (if applicable)
• iCloud — only if you choose to enable iCloud backup on your device; data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's privacy policy

We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, social login providers, or advertising networks.

5. Data Security

All data stored locally is protected by iOS device encryption. Since we do not transmit personal data to any external server, there is no risk of data breaches on our end.

6. Children's Privacy

These apps are educational tools for adults preparing for professional certification exams. They are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly address it.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access & deletion: All data is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing app data in iOS Settings or by uninstalling the app.
• Portability: There is no data stored on our servers to export.
• Objection: Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to object to or restrict.

8. International Users

These apps are available globally on the Apple App Store. Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there are no cross-border data transfers to disclose.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will update the app itself or notify users via the App Store update notes.
