Once purchased from the App Store, the app is immediately available. Open it and start studying — no login or account creation needed.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Since these are paid apps (not free with in-app purchases), simply download the app again from the App Store using the same Apple ID. Apple will not charge you again.
The app is crashing or not loading content
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be re-downloaded at no charge. Email us if the problem continues.
I found a question that seems incorrect
We continuously update our question banks. Please email us the exam code, question number, and the issue you found. We’ll review and correct it in the next update.
Will my progress be saved if I reinstall?
Progress is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your data may be restored when you reinstall. Otherwise, progress will reset — but your purchase is always restorable via your Apple ID.
I purchased the wrong app — can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s instructions.
How often are questions updated?
We update question banks when certification vendors publish exam objective changes or retire/renew exams. Check the App Store for the latest version.
What devices are supported?
All ExamPrep Apps support iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. All apps are optimised for both phone and tablet layouts.
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. All content is bundled within the app. You can study completely offline — on a plane, train, or anywhere without connectivity.
